乳腺癌患者围手术期75例护理体会

目的做好乳腺癌患者围手术期的护理工作,使乳腺癌患者顺利度过手术治疗及放化疗,为控制肿瘤复发、延长生命得到保障。方法选择我院2007年1月～2009年1月收治的75例乳腺癌患者,采取一系列的围手术期的护理措施。结果所有病例均采用手术治疗和全身化疗相结合的综合治疗方法。行乳腺癌根治切除术35例,占46.7%;行乳腺癌改良根治切除术40例,占53.3%。护理干预组在躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能方面均较对照组有显著改善,且护理干预组的癌症患者的主要症状如疲劳、恶心、呕吐、疼痛、睡眠、食欲等症状均有显著改善,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论通过采取一系列的围手术期的护理措施,乳腺癌患者减轻了心理负担,增强了战胜疾病的信心,积极配合手术化疗、放疗等,提高了治愈率。

Patients with Breast Cancer 75 Cases of Perioperative Nursing

Objective Do perioperative patients with breast cancer care to patients with breast cancer and successful treatment through surgery chemotherapy and radiotherapy, for the control of tumor recurrence, prolong life are protected. Methods The hospital from January 2007 to January 2009, 75 eases of breast cancer patients treated, a series of perioperative nursing. Results All patients were treated by surgery and chemotherapy as combined treatment. Of breast carcinoma excision in 35 cases, 46.7%; modified radical resection in breast cancer, 40 eases, accounting, 53.3%. Intervention group in physical function, role function, cognitive function, social function, emotional function than the control group improved significantly, and the care of cancer patients in the intervention group the main symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, vomiting, pain, sleep, appetite and other symptoms were significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By taking a series of perioperative nursing care, breast cancer patients to alleviate the psychological burden, increased confidence in overcoming the disease, actively cooperate with surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, to improve the cure rate.
