| 摘 要： | 目的：制备甲苯咪唑-β-环糊精包含物，以提高甲苯咪唑的溶解度。方法：用正交设计方法优化出甲苯咪唑-β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备条件。结果：最佳包合条件：甲苯咪唑：β-环糊精（重量比）为0.52:4.0；包含时间为6h；包合温度为60℃。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To prepare the inclusion complex of mebendazole-β-CD for improving stability.METHODS：An ortho-gonal test method was used.An optimal condition for the preparation of the mebendazole-β-CD complex was established.RESULTS：Under the optimal conditions the complexes were prepared.The drug utilizing rate was 88.2% by solvent method.CONCLUSIONS：The optimal preparing condition:MBZ∶β-CD(w:w) is 0.52∶4.0,time is 6 h,temperature is 60 ℃. |
