跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗54例分析

目的 探讨跟骨骨折内固定治疗的临床效果.方法 回顾性总结用解剖型跟骨钢板对跟骨关节内骨折作内固定治疗的疗效.分析伤后手术时机和功能锻炼时间对跟距关节功能恢复的影响.结果 本组共54倒随访10～36个月.46例伤口Ⅰ期愈合;5例手术后切口皮肤部分坏死,经换药或者扩创后愈合;3例出现足外侧皮肤麻木.结论 对于Sanders分型中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型的跟骨关节内骨折,采用手术切开复位内固定的方法治疗,效果满意,能最大程度恢复足的功能.手术时机在受伤后10d左右局部水肿消退时为最佳.术中植骨可减少手术后跟骨关节面的下陷,并能早期负重功能锻炼,促进骨折愈合及功能恢复.

Operative treatment of 54 patient with calcaneal fractures
