| 摘 要： | 目的:调查描述和比较汉族和彝族人群的眼轴长度分布。方法:通过记录295例病患的眼轴长度和实际植入人工晶状体度数情况,比较两民族之间的差异。结果:汉族和彝族人群的眼轴长度分别为20.6～34.6(中位数为23.0)mm和20.5～31.0(中位数为23.3)mm。结论:汉族和彝族人群的眼轴长度的差异有统计学意义,实际置入的人工晶状体度数与理论值的差异也有统计学意义。
