摘    要:目的优选简便高效的钩吻生物总碱的提取工艺,考察不同提取条件下的提取率。方法分别用均匀设计和正交设计两种方法对钩吻生物总碱的提取工艺中溶剂种类、提取系统中固液比例和回流时间3个因素进行优选。结果两种方法的结果均为采用氯仿作为溶剂、固液比例为1.0∶7.5、回流时间3 h×3,所得总碱含量最高。结论正交设计与均匀设计试验所得结果相近,结论基本一致。

Abstract:Objective To develop a simple and efficient method for extracting Gelsemium alkaloids. Methods Uniform de-sign and orthogonal design were respectively utilized to optimize the 3 factors in the extraction process, namely the type of solvent used, the solid-to-liquid ratio in the extraction system and the reflux time. Results Both of the design methods adopted trichloromethane as the solvent, with the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:7.5 and reflux time of 3 h with 3 repetitions for the highest yield of alkaloids. Conclusion Similar results are obtained from the two design methods for extracting Gelsemium alkaloids.
