| 摘 要： | 罗库溴铵是一种新型的非去极化肌肉松弛药,已经广泛用于临床麻醉和重症监护病房。由于个体差异、器官功能差异和合用不同的药物影响了罗库溴铵的药代动力学,但只有很少的测定方法研究罗库溴铵的血药浓度,影响了罗库溴铵的临床研究。气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对无机化合物分析具有分离特性强和较优的定性、定量测定功能,国内仍未见应用GC-MS测定人血罗库溴铵浓度的报道。国外早期用气相色谱分析仪测定罗库溴铵需要复杂的提取方法和耗时的测定步骤[1,2],这些测定方法并不理想[。3]我们建立了一种GC-MS分析方法测定人血浆罗库溴铵浓…

| Abstract: | Objective A rapid sensitive and selective method has been developed for the quantifications of plasma concentrations of neuromuscular blocking drug of rocuronium using gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection.Methods 3-Desacetylvecuronium served as the internal standard.The method involved iodide ion pair formation and a single-step liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane.Results The assay was used successfully in thirty patients undergoing general anesthesia with rocuronium as twice intravenous bolus in pharmacokinetics.Conclusion This assay is a twice-saving alternative to published gas or liquid chromatographic method for assaying rocuronium. |
