侧隐窝穿刺置管胶原酶溶盘的疗效观察

目的评价侧隐窝穿刺置管胶原酶溶盘治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,在1个月、3个月和1年等不同时段的治疗效果。方法对近3年来行侧隐窝穿刺置管胶原酶溶盘治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行评估,其中包括VAS评分、直腿抬高度和脊柱活动度,并对疗效指标进行统计分析。结果术后各时段VAS评分、直腿抬高度改善率、脊柱活动改善均比术前有所提高(P<0.05),治疗效果在术后3个月与术后1年相比无明显差异。结论采用侧隐窝穿刺置管行胶原酶溶盘治疗腰椎间盘突出症可取得较显著的近、远期疗效。

Tbe Observation of Treatment Results of Lumbar Disc Herniation Using Chemonucleolysis with Extra Disc Injection of Collagenase

Objective To assess the effect of treatment of lumbar disc herniation using chemonucleolysis with extra disc injection of collagenase from the side epidural space by an epidural needle and an epidural cathetcr.Methods All the 58 cases that had accepted the treatment were evaluated in three intervals(1 month,3 months and 1 year after the treatment). The curative effects were evaluated by VAS score and the excellent rate of physical examination(including the change of straight leg raising grade and spine moving grade).Results The VAS score was significantly lower than preoperative level,and the excellent rate of straight leg raising grade and spine moving grade in the three intervals were higher than that of pre-treatment.Conclusion The extra disc injection of collagenase from the side epidural space by a normal epidural needle and an epidural catheter is an effective method to the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
