| 摘 要： | 笔报道批评法在现代护理管理中的应用。在应用过程中做到实事求是、因人而异，考虑批评时所处的时间和空问并掌握轻重缓急。认为批评法是提高工作效率，保证护理质量必不可少的工作方法与手段。有效的批评能帮助护理人员认识和改正错误，促进个体将工作做得更好。

| Abstract: | The author reported the application of criticism in the modern nursing administration, putting forward that we should be practical and realistic, vary with different subjects and consider the right time and position at criticism and understand importance and urgency at criticism. The author argues criticism is necessary for the improvement of work efficiency and assurance of nursing quality. Effective criticism can help nurses recognize and correct the mistakes so as to their better work individually. |
