西安市长安区农村女教师乳腺疾病流行现状

目的了解农村中小学女教师乳腺疾病现状和特点。方法采用横断面普查，利用乳腺近红外线扫描结合视触诊对4402名女教师进行乳腺检查。结果乳腺疾病的检出率为22．4％，30—39岁检出率最高（33．5％）；乳腺疾病中，乳腺增生检出率最高，为21．1％，占乳腺疾病比例94．2％；小学和中学女教师乳腺疾病检出率分别为21．4％和23．6％，二者无明显差异（X^2=3．052，P〉0．05）。结论农村中小学女教师的乳腺疾病不容忽视，有必要定期对30～50岁女教师开展乳房检查，以便早期发现乳腺疾病。

Prevalence of breast diseases among rural female teachers in Chang'an District of Xi'an

Objective To understand the epidemiologic status and characteristics of breast diseases among female teachers in rural primary schools and high schools in Chang＇ an District of Xi＇ an. Methods A across-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the breast diseases among 4 402 female teachers by infrared light scanning and clinical examination. Results The prevalence rate of breast diseases among rural female teachers was 22.4% and the highest rate was in female teachers aged from 30 to 39 years old（33.5% ）. The morbidity of hyperplasia was 21.1% , which was highest in breast diseases ,and it occupied 94.2% of breast diseases. The detection rates of breast diseases were 21.4% and 23.6% in primary school teachers and high school teachers, respectively, and there was no significant difference between thcm（X^2 = 3. 052, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusion The breast diseases of female teachers should not be overlooked. It is necessary to examine breast regularly among female teachers aged from 30 to 50 years old so as to find and diagnose breast diseases at early stage.
