2 241例中国城市女性中医体质状况调查分析

目的考察中国城市女性的体质状况,为个体化养生养美服务。方法在北京、上海、广州等9个省会城市和直辖市召集女性志愿者2 241名,以网络问卷的方式对受访者进行中医体质类型调查,按照中华中医药学会颁布的《中医体质分类与判定》判定中医体质类型。按年龄段、职业、婚姻状况和地域进行分层,考察9种体质类型的频数分布。结果中国城市女性平和质占21.95%,在不同年龄段、不同职业、不同婚姻状况和不同地域的女性偏颇体质频数分布中,气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质频数居前3位。结论应针对气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质对中国城市女性开展养生养美等保健服务。

Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutions in 2 241 Chinese Urban Females

Objective To investigate the physical condition of Chinese urban females by classification and determi- nation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） constitutions, and to provide individualized health/beauty preserving services accordingly. Methods A total of 2 241 female volunteers were enrolled in this study in nine provin- cial capital cities and municipalities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. All participants were in- vestigated by a web questionnaire to collect information needed for determination of TCM constitutional types according to the ＂Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM＂ issued by China Associa- tion of Chinese Medicine. Patients were stratified by age, occupation, marital status, and region, and the proportions of 9 TCM constitutional types in each subgroup were determined. Results Of all participants, 21.95 % had balanced constitution. Among Chinese urban females of different ages, with different occupa- tions, of different marital status, or in different regions, the top three unbalanced constitutions were qi deficiency, yang deficiency, and yin deficiency. Conclusion Unbalanced constitutions, particularly qi defi- ciency, yang deficiency, and yin deficiency, should receive more attention in the health/beauty preserving system for Chinese urban females.
