外耳道真菌病在耳内窥镜下的诊断与治疗

目的 研究外耳道真菌病（otomycosis externa）在耳内窥镜下的诊断与治疗.方法 疑似外耳道感染的患者247例,根据临床表现结合电耳镜,耳内窥镜,实验室检查诊断外耳道真菌病203例,随机分为对照组98例和治疗组105例,比较两组的临床疗效和治愈时间.结果 治疗组治愈率为85.3%,有效率为11.6%,无效率为3.2% 对照组治愈率为72.3%,有效率为14.5%,无效率为13.3%.治疗组平均治愈时间为（31.77±3.09）天,对照组为（21.17±3.61）天.两组在临床疗效和治愈时间方面比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 耳内窥镜可提高外耳道真菌病的诊断,与电吹风配合治疗可以缩短治愈时间和提高外耳道真菌病的临床疗效.

Diagnosis and treatment of otomycosis externa by ear endoscopy

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment.of otomycosis externa by ear endoscopy.Methods 203 cases were diagnosed as otomycosis extema from 247 cases with suspected infection of external auditory canal according to the clinical manifestations and electric otoscope, ear endoscopy and laboratory examination,, they were randomly divided into control group ( 98 cases ) and treatment group ( 105 cases )and clinical efficacy and cure time were compared between two groups. Results The healing time and clinical efficacy of treatment group and control group were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion The ear canal endoscopy can improve the diagnosis of fungal disease, and with hair dryer treatment can shorten healing time and improve the clinical efficacy of otomycosis.
