从熵流学说看气机及疏泄机理

作者从非平衡态热力学分析,认为中医的气机概念似与“熵流”类同,是关系着各项生理活动是否协调稳定、心身是否健康的重要调节机制,是维持身心稳态的要素。借助气机和熵流学说,可以从宏观上阐述心理和生理病变之间的相互影响和转化机制以及药物和心理疗法之间的联系。如果在治疗疾病中,注重条畅气机,促使负熵化,将能更好地祛除形神之苦,维持身心稳态。

THE STUDY OF MACHANISM OF Ql AND THE THEORY OF ENTROPY FLOW

Machanism of Qi ( vital energy ) is the movement of Qi and appears in the form of rising and falling, inside and outside. Relieving means the physiological function of the liver as well as the state of fluency and unblocking. There are connection and difference between the macha nism of Qi and relieving. In the opinion of norequilibrium thermodynamics, author thinks the idea of machanism of Qi and relieving is similar with that of the entropy flow. Machanism of Qi is an important principle of mediation which concern the harmony and stability of all kinds of physiological action and balance between mind and body. Through the theory of entropy flow, the author analysis, upon the macrocomics idea, the machanism of transformation of psychology and physiology, and the connection between psychotherpy and drug therapy. The pain of body can be driven out if we care the smooth of machanism of Qi.
