异位妊娠保守治疗与手术治疗后再孕对照分析

【目的】比较药物保守治疗与腹腔镜手术治疗对异位妊娠患者的临床效果。【方法】180例异位妊娠患者中，观察组90例患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，而对照组90例患者采取药物保守治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。【结果】治疗后，观察组患者的住院时间和出院时血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG ）水平均明显优于对照组患者（ P＜0．05），而观察组患者的住院费用明显高于对照组患者（ P＜0．05），观察组患者血β-HCG降至正常时间、妊娠包块消失时间、输卵管再通率均明显优于对照组患者（ P＜0．05），观察组患者再次宫内妊娠率和再次异位妊娠率均明显优于对照组患者（P ＜0．05），而且观察组患者治疗后的盆腔炎发生率明显低于对照组患者（P ＜0．05）。【结论】腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有疗效快、住院时间短等优势，可大大提高患者术后宫内再次妊娠率，降低患者再次异位妊娠率，有利于提高患者的生活质量，值得临床应用。

Comparative Analysis of Conservative Treatment vs .Surgical Treatment for Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective]To compare the effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment for Ectopic preg-nancy .Methods] Among 180 patients with ectopic pregnancy ,90 patients（observation group） underwent laparo-scopic surgery and 90 patients（control group） received drug conservation therapy .The treatment efficacy was com-pared between two groups .Results]After treatment ,hospitalization time and blood β-HCG level at discharge in observation group were obviously better than those in control group（ P 〈0 .05） ,while the cost of hospitalization in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（ P〈0 .05） .Serumβ-HCG decreasing to nor-mal time ,pregnancy mass disappearance time and tubal re-canalization rate in observation group were obviously better than those in control group（ P〈0 .05） .Re-intrauterine pregnancy and re-ectopic pregnancy rate in observa-tion group were obviously better than those in control group （P〈0 .05） .The incidence of pelvic inflammation in observation group after treatment was obviously lower than that in control group （ P〈0 .05） .Conclusion]Laparo-scopic surgery for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has advantages such fast efficacy and short hospital stay ,and can greatly increase postoperative re-intrauterine pregnancy and reduce re-ectopic pregnancy rate ,and is helpful for the quality of life .Therefore ,it is worthy of clinical application .
