2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度与血清白介素-6及超敏C 反应蛋白的关系研究

【目的】探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）与白介素-6（IL-6）及血清超敏反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的关系。【方法】选取新确诊的T2DM患者201例，按IMT分为IMT增厚组（IMT＞0．9 mm）99例及IM T正常组（IM T＜0．9 mm ）102例，均采集空腹血标本，测定血清IL-6及hs-CRP。使用彩色多普勒测定各组受试者的颈动脉IM T。【结果】①在T2DM 受试者中，IM T增厚组IL-6及hs-CRP水平均显著高于IM T 正常组（ P ＜0．01）。②在IM T增厚组，IL-6及hs-CRP均与IM T呈正相关（ r分别为0．73和0．78，P＜0．01），在IM T正常组，IL-6及hs-CRP与IM T亦呈正相关（ r分别为0．62和0．59，P ＜0．01）；将 T2DM 患者作为一个整体， IL-6与hs-CRP也存在相关性（ r为0．66，P ＜0．01）。【结论】IL-6及hs-CRP与 T2DM 患者早期动脉粥样硬化有密切的关系。

Study on the Relationship of Carotid Intima-media Thickness with Serum Interleukin-6 and High-sensitive C-reactive Protein in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective]To explore the relationship of carotid intima-media thickness （IM T ） with serum inter-leukin-6（IL-6） and high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） .Methods]Totally 201 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were selected .According to carotid IMT ,all patients were divided into IMT increased group（IMT〉0 .9mm ,n=99） and normal IMT group（IMT〈0 .9mm ,n=102） . Fast blood samples were collected .Serum levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP were measured .Carotid IMT of the subjects in each group was detected by using color Doppler apparatus .Results] Among T2DM subjects ,the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in IMT increased group were significantly higher than those in normal IMT group （ P 〈 0 .01） .In IMT increased group ,IL-6 and hs-CRP were positively correlated with IMT （r was 0 .73 and 0 .78 respectively ,P〈0 .01） .In normal IM T group ,IL-6 and hs-CRP were also positively correlated with IM T （r was 0 .62 and 0 .59 respectively ,P 〈0 .01） .If T2DM patients were considered as the whole ,IL-6 was also related with hs-CRP（r was 0 .66 ,P 〈0 .01） .Conclusion] IL-6 and hs-CRP are closely related with early atherosclerosis of T 2DM pa-tients .
