| 摘 要： | 将２００例ＣＴ诊断为肿瘤的患者手术后进行病理组织学诊断，两者的诊断符合率为９０．５％，ＣＴ误诊率为９．５％。对误诊的原因进行了分析，强调在肿瘤诊断中ＣＴ与病理诊断互补性的重要意义。

| Abstract: | 200 patients who were diagnosed as tumors by CT and then diagnosed them by histopathology after operation. Results showed that the coincidence rate of these two was 90.5% , and the misdiagnosed rate by CT was 9.5%. The misdiagnosed causes were analysed and stressed the importance of the supplementary function of CT and pathologic method. |
