卒中患者大脑两半球汉语阅读和书写认知差异性的临床研究

目的：研究大脑两半球卒中患者在汉语阅读和书写认知中的差异性及可能的机制，为脑卒中后汉语语言障碍的康复提供理论依据。方法：采用汉语失语检查法、汉字书写检查表和视空间结构检查表测试102例被试，其中右半球卒中41例、左半球卒中31例、正常对照30例。结果：阅读障碍11例，其中左半球卒中7例，表现为语言性阅读障碍，右半球卒中4例，均为疏忽性阅读障碍；书写障碍29例，其中左半球卒中13例，均表现为语言性书写障碍，右半球卒中16例，其中9例为视空间性书写障碍，7例为语言性书写障碍。结论：左大脑半球在汉语阅读和书写认知中仍然起主导作用，右大脑半球参与汉语书面语的加工，左右大脑半球损伤所致阅读和书写障碍的特点不同。

Clinical study of The Difference Between Left and Right Cerebral hemisphere stroke in Chinese reading and writing

Objective： It provides theoretic evidence for rehabilitation training of Chinese language disorder to study the difference between left and right hemisphere stroke in Chinese reading and writing and mechanism. Methods：We collected and tested 102 cases up to the qualification including 41 patients with fight-hemisphere-stroke（RHS） ,31 patients with left-hemisphere-stroke （LHS） and 30 healthy individuals as control using The Aphasia Battery in Chinese （ABC）, Writing-scopy of Chinese character and Visual Spatial Structure-scopy. Results：We found 11 patients had apparent reading disorder including 7LHSs with language reading disorder and 4 RHS who are cases with neglect reading disorder;and 29 of 72 patients had apparent writing disorder including 13 LHS with language writing disorder and 16 RHS who are 9 cases with visual special writing disorder and 7 cases with language writing disorder. Conclusion：left hemisphere is the dominant one in Chinese reading and writing processing, right hemisphere participate in the processing of Chinese written language; The characteristic of reading and writing disorder is different between LHS and RHS.
