中药内服结合穴位敷贴与脱敏疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

目的观察中药汤剂内服结合穴位敷贴与脱敏疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法76例常年性变应性鼻炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组38例，以中药汤剂内服结合中药穴位敷贴疗法和脱敏疗法治疗；对照组38例，单纯予以脱敏疗法治疗。分别于治疗半年后和2年后评定其疗效。结果治疗半年后，治疗组总有效率78．95％，对照组总有效率63．16％，组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗2年后，治疗组总有效率91．89％，对照组总有效率80．0％，组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药汤剂内服结合穴位敷贴及脱敏疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎，其近期疗效和远期疗效均优于单纯脱敏疗法。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy with point dressing,orally taken herbal decoction and desensitization procedures on perennial allergic rhinitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy with point dressing, orally taken herbal decoction and desensitization procedures on perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR） based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 76 PAR cases randomly divided into 2 groups, with 38 in each group. The cases in treating group （TG） were given the combined therapy, and those in controlling group （CG） were simply treated by desensitization therapy. The therapeutic effect was evaluated twice, carried out half one year and 2 years later respectively following the therapy. Results The total effective rate was 78.95 % among the cases in TG, significantly superior to that of 63.16 % among those of CG （P〈0.05） when evaluated half one year late following the therapy begun. After 2 years since the therapy given, the total effective rate was 91.89 % among the cases in TG, still significantly superior to that of 80.0% among those ofCG （P〈0.05）. Conclusions As shown from this clinical study, the therapeutic effect of such a combined therapy is significantly superior to that of simple desensitization therapy, either the short term therapeutic effect or the lonr term one, for the treatment of PAR.
