辖区外来人口儿童预防接种现状调查分析

目的了解辖区外来人口儿童预防接种现状,分析原因,寻求对策。方法通过回顾性调查辖区1岁组流动儿童预防接种各苗接种率和全程接种率,利用调查问卷形式分析流动儿童迟种漏种的原因。结果辖区流动儿童国家计划免疫疫苗五苗全程覆盖率为83.7%,低于常住儿童的97.6%。造成迟种漏种的主要原因为非产房接生、儿童流动性大。结论政府参与,多部门协助,加强安全接生、计划免疫的宣传、落实入园入托查验证制度;加大到辖区地段查漏的频度;加强与家长的沟通,提高服务质量。

The Investigation and Analysis of Immigrating Children's Inoculation Status in Jurisdiction

OBJECTIVE To find out the inoculation status of immigrating children in our jurisdiction,analyze the reasons and search for solutions.METHODS To find out the inoculation rate and all-course inoculation rate of age 1 group by a retrospective study,and to find out the reasons of children's late inoculation and missing inoculation.RESULTS The all-course inoculation rate was 83.7% lower than that of the permanent residing children.The main reasons were deliveries not in delivery room and the big liquidity of these children.CONCLUSIONS Government participating,multi-sector cooperating,improving the propaganda and safe delivery and planned immunization,putting into effect the check and examination of children when they enter kindergarten;strengthening the frequency of immunization examination in jurisdiction;strengthening the communication with paterfamilias and improving the quality of services.
