郑州大学附属医院头孢菌素类药物三年应用分析

目的:为医院头孢菌素类药物的合理用药提供参考依据。方法:分析统计2001～2003年郑州大学3所附院头孢菌素类药的品种数、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等指标。结果:3年中,头孢菌素类药物的用药金额年平均增长率为10.09%;第三代头孢菌素约占70%,用量最大;2003年与2001年相比,第三代头孢菌素DDDs上升549.25%,日用药金额则下降75.32%;第四代头孢菌素年用药金额较少,但DDDs逐渐上升。结论:第三代头孢菌素用量剧增,为了减缓细菌耐药性的发生,应积极采取措施防止该类药物的滥用。

Analysis of the Consumption of Cephalosporins in 3 Hospitals of Zhengzhou University during the Period of 2001 -2003

Objective:To provide a basis for use of cephalosporins in hospitals.Method:The cephalosporins used in 3 hospitals of Zhengzhou University in 2001-2003 were statistically analyzed in respect to the kind,consumption sum and DDDs,etc.Result:During the 3 years,the sum of cephalosporins consumption increased with an annual rate of 10.09%,of which the maximal consumption of the third generation cephalosporins accounted for 70% of total cephalospo- rins used.In comparison with those in 2001,DDDs of the third generation cephalosporins increased by 549.25%,but DDDs decreased by 75.32%.As for the fourth generation cephlosporins,the annual sum of consumption was few,but DDDs increased generally.Conclusion:The consumption of the third generation cephalosporins has increased sharply.In order to reduce and delay the bacteria resistance,it is necessary to take measures as soon as possible to control the cephalo- sporins abuse.
