喜炎平、氨溴索分别联合雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的效果研究

目的探讨喜炎平、氨溴索联合雾化吸人治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的68例小儿喘息性肺炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组，各34例，分别给予喜炎平联合雾化吸入治疗及氨溴索联合雾化吸入治疗，观察两组患儿临床治疗效果、临床症状及体征消失时间及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为94．1％，对照组总有效率为91.2％，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组患儿临床症状及体征消失时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论喜炎平及氨溴索联合雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎均能快速缓解临床症状，疗效确切，安全性高，值得应用。

Efficacy of xiyanping and ambroxol combined with aerosol inhalation in treatment of infantile asthmatic pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of xiyanping and ambroxol combined with aerosol inhalation in treatment of infantile asthmatic pneumonia. Methods 68 cases of children with infantile asthmatic pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in two groups were treated with xiyanping combined with aerosol inhalation and ambroxol combined with aerosol inhalation. The clinical effect, clinical symptoms disappearance time and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.1%, and that of the control group was 91.2%, the difference between two groups was no significant （P〉0.05）. And the clinical symptoms and disappearance time of two groups was not significantly different （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reaction be- tween two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping and ambroxol combined with aerosol inhalation in treatment of infan- tile asthmatic pneumonia not only can rapidly relieve clinical signs, but also has good efficacy and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
