地佐辛预防小儿全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的疗效观察

目的探讨地佐辛预防小儿全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的临床效果。方法选取78例需在全身麻醉下行手术的患儿为研究对象，随机分为2组。对照组在术毕前静脉滴注NaCl溶液，观察组在术毕前静脉滴注地佐辛。比较两组患者在手术各时间段的躁动评分。结果观察组在T2时刻的MAP、HR值明显高于T。时刻（P〈0．05），T3、T4时刻与T1时刻比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），对照组在T2、T3、T4时刻的MAP、HR值均明显高于T1时刻（P〈0．05）；观察组无躁动（0分）的发生率（74．4％）显著高于对照组（7．7％），重度躁动（3分）的发生率（5．1％）显著低于对照组（23．1％）（P〈0．05）。结论对于全身麻醉下行手术治疗的患儿，术毕前应用地佐辛可有效预防麻醉苏醒期躁动，提高麻醉苏醒期的安全性。

Curative efficacy observation of dezocine preventing emergence agitation of general anesthesia in children

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dezocine preventing emergence agitation of general anesthesia in children. Methods 78 cases required surgery under general anesthesia in children were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given intravenous infusion of NaC1 solution while the observation group was given dezocine before the end of operation.Agitation score in each period of operation in the two groups was compared. Results MAP, HR value at T2 of the observation group was significantly higher than that at TI（P 〈 0.05）,but there was no statistical difference of MAP,HR value at T3,T4 compare to that at T1 （P〉0.05）;MAP,HR value at T2,T3,T4 was obviously than that at T1 （P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of restlessness （0 point） in the observation group （74.4%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （7.7%） （P〈0.05）,the incidence rate of severe agitation （3 points） was significantly lower than that in the control group （23.1%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine applied surgery under anesthesia in children before the end of operation can effectively prevent emergence agitation, and improve secu- rity in recovery period of anesthesia.
