| 摘 要： | 基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）是人体内一组降解细胞外基质的关键酶.MMP-19作为MMPs的一个亚型,其在抑制血管内皮细胞迁移和血管增殖、分离与细胞外基质结合的血管内皮生长因子亚群、调控相关信号通路中起重要作用.通过探讨MMP-19的双重作用与肿瘤治疗、预后和其他细胞因子的关系,以表明其与肿瘤的相关性.

| Abstract: | Matrix metalloproteinases（MMPs）is a group of key enzymes for degradation of extracellular matrix in human body.MMP-19 is a subtype of MMPs,it plays an important role in inhibition of vascular endothelial cell migration and proliferation, separation and extracellular matrix combined with vascular endothelial growth factor subgroup, regulation related signaling pathway.Relationship among dual role of MMP-19,treatment and prognosis of tumor,other cytokines by discussion,in order to indicate its correlation with tumor. |
