低剂量螺旋CT扫描联合血清p53抗体检测在肺癌早期诊断中的临床价值

目的 研究低剂量螺旋CT扫描联合血清p53抗体检测诊断早期肺癌的临床价值. 方法 选择300例符合标准的受检者按不同检查方法分为实验组和对照组,每组各150例.实验组150例患者行低剂量螺旋CT扫描联合血清p53抗体检测,对照组150例患者行胸部X线正侧位检查,对两组患者检查结果阳性者进一步病理确诊,比较两种不同方法可疑肺癌的检出率及确诊肺癌的准确率.结果 实验组可疑肺癌的检出率及确诊肺癌的准确率分别为11.33％、88.2％,明显高于对照组的6.67％、70.0％ （P＜0.05）.结论 低剂量螺旋CT扫描联合血清p53抗体检测用于肺癌早期筛查时,更加敏感,作用更大.

The clinical value of low-dose spiral CT combined with serum p53 antibody detection in the diagnosis of early lung cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical value of low-dose spiral CT combined with serum p53 antibody detection in the diagnosis of early lung cancer. Methods 300 eligible subjects were divided into the experimental group （n= 150） and the control group （n=lS0）.The experimental group was given low-dose spiral CT combined with serum p53 antibody detection while the control group was given X-ray examination of chest at the anteroposterior and lateral posi- tion.Pathological examination was conducted on patients with positive examination results for confirmation.The detection rate of suspicious lung cancer and the accuracy rate of lung cancer diagnosed were compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate of suspicious lung cancer and the accuracy rate of lung cancer diagnosed （11.33% and 88.2% respectively） was significantly higher than that in the control group （6.67% and 70.0% respectively） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of low-dose spiral CT and serum p53 antibody detection is more sensitive and more effective in early screening of lung cancer.
