针刺联合药物对小鼠肿瘤细胞抑制性作用的实验研究

目的 观察针刺与氟尿嘧啶、益气解毒中药复方联合应用对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞的抑制性作用.方法 制备小鼠肝癌H22细胞实体瘤模型,分成肝癌模型组、化疗药物组（氟尿嘧啶腹腔注射）、益气解毒方组（中药灌胃）、针刺大椎穴组、化疗药物＋针刺大椎穴组、益气解毒方＋针刺大椎穴组,并与正常小鼠进行对照.观察荷瘤小鼠一般生存状态,并计算各组肿瘤抑制率.结果 化疗药物组小鼠一般状态较差,益气解毒方组及针刺组一般状态均优于化疗药物组,针药联用组小鼠的一般生存状态优于模型组与单一疗法组；各实验组对肿瘤均有明显抑制作用（P＜0.01）.结论 针刺联合药物对小鼠肿瘤细胞的生长具有较好的抑制作用.

Experimental study on the inhibitory effect of acupuncture combined with drugs on tumor cells of mice

Objective To observe the inhibitory effect on tumor cells in tumor-bearing mice by acupuncture combined with fluorouracil,traditional Chinese medicine Yiqijiedu. Methods The solid tumor model of H22 cells were prepared, and they were divided into liver cancer model group,chemotherapy group（fluorouracil intraperitoneal injection）,Yiqijiedu party group（TCM gavage）,acupuncture Dazhui group,chemotherapy drugs ＋ Dazhui acupuncture group,acupuncture Yiqi- jiedu square＋Dazhui group;and all the groups were compared with normal mice.The general living conditions of mice were observed,and tumor inhibition rate of each group were calculate. Results Chemotherapy group were in poor gener- al condition,Yiqijiedu party groups and the general state of the acupuncture group were superior to chemotherapy group,the general living conditions of combined with acupuncture and medication group were better than those of model group and the monotherapy group;all the groups had obvious inhibitory effect on tumors（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupunc- ture combined drugs on the growth of tumor cells in mice with better inhibition.
