洁草杆菌二联活菌多维颗粒治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎并腹泻的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察枯草杆菌二联活菌多维颗粒治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎并腹泻的效果。方法将支气管肺炎合并腹泻患儿168例随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组各84例。对照组常规使用抗生素静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用枯草杆菌二联活菌多维颗粒治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为82.14%,高于对照组的44.05%(P〈O.05)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌多维颗粒治疗婴幼儿由支气管肺炎并腹泻的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism multi vitamin particles in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia complicated with diarrhea in infants. Methods 168 infants with bronchial pneumonia complicated with diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=84) and the control group (n=84).Patients in the control group were given regular treatment of intravenous drip antibiotics,while in the treatment group,patients were given bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism multi vitamin particles based on the treatment of the control group. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group (82.14%) was higher than that in the control group (44.05%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism multi vitamin particles treat- ing bronchial pneumonia complicated with diarrhea is significant.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
