腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的疗效对比

目的比较腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法选取2007年9月～2013年9月本院收治的择期行胆囊切除术患者110例，根据患者手术方式的不同分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组55例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术，对照组55例行传统开腹胆囊切除术，比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的手术时间为（39．64±10．12）min、切口长度为（3．28±0．46）em、住院时间为（4．37±2．73）d，分别短于对照组的（59．62±11．37）min、（7．24±1．62）em、（9．82±3．14）d，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的术中出血量为（36．18±10．97）ml，明显少于对照组的（88．24±11．79）ml，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的术后并发症发生率为5．45％，明显低于对照组的27．27％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术相比．具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、患者恢复快、术后并发症发生率低等优点，安全有效，值得临床推广应用。j

Efficacy comparison of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open cholecys- tectomy.Methods 110 cases of patients who went choleeystectomy in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2013 were selected,and divided into observation group and control group according to the different operation,observa- tion group were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy,control group were given traditional open cholecystectomy.The oper- ative time,blood loss,incision length,hospital stay and the incidence rate of postoperative complication in two groups were compared.Results The operative time was （39.64±10.12）min,incision length was （3.28±0.46）cm,and hospital stay was （4.37±2.73）d in observation group,shorter than that in control group respectively[（59.62±l 1.37）min,（7.2±l.62）em, （9.82±3.14）all,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The blood loss was（36.18±10.97）ml of observation group,less than that of control group[（88.24±l 1.79）ml],with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative complication in observation group was 5.45%,significantly lower than in control group（5.45%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Con- clusion To compare traditional open cholecystectomy,laparoscopic cholecystectomy has advantages as shorter operative time,less blood loss,quicker recovery and less incidence rate of postoperative complication.h is safe,effective and is worthy of clinical application.
