喜炎平、细辛脑分别联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果观察

目的探讨喜炎平与细辛脑分别联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的78例小儿支原体肺炎患儿，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各39例。两组均给予阿奇霉素治疗，观察组在此基础上联合喜炎平治疗，对照组在此基础上联合细辛脑治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果，发热、咳嗽、肺部哕音消失时间及住院时间，不良反应发生率。结果两组的总有效率分别为92-3％、94．9％，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；两组的临床症状消失时间及住院时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；观察组出现并发症6例，发生率为15．4％，对照组出现7例，发生率为17．9％，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论喜炎平与细辛脑分别联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床效果相当，均能明显缓解I临床症状，同时安全性较高，均可在小儿支原体肺炎的治疗中应用。

Effect observation of xiyanping and asarone respectively combined with azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To explore the clinical effect of xiyanping and asarone respectively combined with azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 78 children with Mycoplasrna pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=39） and the control group （n=39）.All children were treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with xiyanping while the control group was treated with asarone.The clinical treatment effect,extinction time of fever, cough and lung rales,hospital stay and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 92.3%,94.9% re- spectively and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.OS）;there was no statistical difference of the extinction time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay of the two groups （P〉0.05）;there were 6 cases with complica- tions in the observation goup,and the incidence rate was 15.4%,and there were 7 cases with complications,and the inci- dence rate was 17.9%,the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping and asarone respectively combined with azithromyein treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children not only has good treatment effect and evidently relieves clinical symptoms,but also is safe,which is worthy of application to treat Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
