间断陛与持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗心肾综合征的临床分析

目的比较间断性与持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗心肾综合征（CRS）的效果。方法选择本院2012年1月～2012年11月收治的CRS患者140例，将其随机分为间断性血液透析法治疗组与持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗组，每组各70例，观察两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前后心率、血肌酐、尿素氮差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗后持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗组的上述指标及心、肾功能均优于间断性血液透析法治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论两种治疗方法对于CRS均有一定的效果，但持续缓慢低效血液透析法的疗效更为显著，值得临床研究推广。

Clinical analysis of intermittent hemodialysis and continuous low-efficien- cy slow hemodialysis in treatment of cardiorenal syndrome

Objective To compare the efficacy of intermittent hemodialysis and continuous low-efficiency slow hemodialysis in treatment of cardiorenal syndrome （CRS）. Methods 140 cases of CRS patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to November 2012 were selected and randomly assigned to intermittent hemodialysis treatment group and continuous low-efficiency slow hemodialysis treatment group,with 70 patients in each group,the treatment effect of two groups was observed. Results The differences of heart rate,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen before and af- ter the treatment between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the above indicators and heart,renal func- tion of continuous low-efficiency slow hemodialysis treatment group were all better than those of intermittent hemodial- ysis treatment group after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both intermittent hemodialysis and continuous low-effi- ciency slow hemodialysis have certain efficacy for CRS treatment.However,the curative effect of continuous low-effi- ciency slow hemodialysis is better,which is worthy of further clinical study and promotion.
