厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的效果观察

目的观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法将76例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各38例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦片150mg，每日1次，空腹或餐前口服。治疗组患者给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片（含厄贝沙坦150mg，氢氯噻嗪12．5mg）1片，每日1次，空腹或餐前口服。两组疗程均为8周。结果两组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压与同组治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组治疗后收缩压、舒张压与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组总有效率为92．11％，对照组总有效率为73．68％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压效果优于单一用药．是比较理想的联合用药方案．值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension in elderly patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension in elderly patients. Methods 76 elder patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group（38 cases） and control group（38 cases）. In control group, patients were given irbesartan tablets（ 150 mg, once a day） in fasting or preprandial state. In treatment group, patients were given irbesartan and hydrochloroth- iazide tablets （irbesartan 150 rag, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg） one tablet, once a day in fasting or preprandial state. Treatment course was 8 weeks in both groups. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in each group after treatment significantly improved （P〈0.01）. Compared with control group, there was significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in treatment group after treatment（P〉0.05）. Total clinical efficacy in treatment group and control group were 92.11% and 73.68% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets has better clinical efficacy than single medication in treatment of essential hypertension,which is an ideal combined medication plan and is worthy of clinical application.
