头孢噻肟钠联合小柴胡汤治疗下呼吸道感染的效果观察

目的探讨头孢噻肟钠联合小柴胡汤治疗下呼吸道感染的效果。方法下呼吸道感染患者80例根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组采用头孢噻肟钠治疗，观察组采用头孢噻肟钠联合小柴胡汤治疗，比较两组治疗效果、CRP、IL-8及相关临床症状消失时间。结果观察组总有效率为95．0％，对照组总有效率为75．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前CRP、IL-8比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组治疗后CRP、IL-8均降低．且观察组降低比对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组退热、哕音消失、咳嗽消失时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论头孢噻肟钠联合小柴胡汤治疗下呼吸道感染可更快缓解症状，提高疗效，可能与大量炎症因子减少有关。

Effect observation of cefotaxime sodium combined with xiaochaihu decoc- tion in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate effect of cefotaxime sodium combined with xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods According to admission order,80 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infection were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group patients were treated with cefotaxime sodium,observation group patients were treated with cefotaxime sodium and xiaochaihu decoc- tion.Effect,CRP,IL-8,clinical symptoms disappear time of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%,the total effective rate of control group was 75.0%,with statistical difference（P〈O.05）.CRP, IL-8 of two groups were compared before treatment,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.CRP, IL-8 of two groups after treatment were signifcantly lower than before treatment,observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The cooling time,rales disappearance time,cough disappearance time of observation group were significantly shorter than that of control group ,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cefotaxime sodium combined with xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection can quickly relieve symptoms and improve curative effect.It is due to greatly reduce inflammation factors.
