| 摘 要： | 目的探讨发展性照顾护理模式对早产儿神经行为的影响。方法选取孕31-36周自然分娩或选择性剖宫产出生的早产低体重儿100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用发展性照顾护理，比较两组护理前后神经行为相关指标的评分。结果观察组护理后神经行为相关指标评分及总评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论发展性照顾护理模式能促进早产儿的神经系统发育。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore influence of developmental care nursing model on nerve behavior of premature infant. Methods 100 premature infants in gestational age 31-36 weeks according to natural childbirth or selective cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Routine nursing care was used in control group,developmental care nursing was used in observation group.The related indexes of nerve behavior scores in two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results The related indexes of nerve behavior scores and the total score in observation group after nursing care was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Developmental care nursing model can promote development of nervous system in premature infants. |
