厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果观察

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的原发性高血压患者120例，平均分为研究组与对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦口服，研究组在对照组的基础上口服左旋氨氯地平。结果两组经过相应的治疗后，DBP及SBP均有所下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后SBP值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组治疗的总有效率为91．67％，明显高于对照组的75．00％（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果明显。依从性好，不良反应少，安全可靠，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of irbesartan combining with levorotatory amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of irbesartan combining with levorotatory amlodipine in the treat- ment of primary hypertension. Methods 120 patients with primary hypertension admitted into our hospital were selected and evenly divided into research group and control group,each group of 60 cases.In the control group,the patients were treated by irbesartan for oral,while in the research group,the patients were added levorotatory amlodipine for oral on the basis of the control group. Results In the two groups after corresponding treatment,the diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and systolic blood pressure （SBP） both decreased,which displayed statistical differences in comparison with those before treatment （P〈0.05）.The value of SBP in research group after treatment compared with control group,there were statistical difference （P〈0.OS）.The total effective rate in the research group was 91.67%,much higher than that in the control group （75.00%） （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reaction in both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Irbesar- tan combining with levorotatory amlodipine therapy of primary hypertension has obvious effect,good adherence,less ad- verse reaction,safe and reliable,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
