超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗高度近视合并自内障的临床效果观察

目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果。方法选取高度近视合并白内障患者120例，根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组与对照组各60例．治疗组采用超声乳化白内障摘除术，对照组采用传统小切口囊外摘除术，比较两组治疗前后矫正视力的变化，评价两组治疗后的生活质量。结果所有患者均完成手术，两组治疗前矫正裸眼视力差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组视力均明显上升，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前躯体功能、生命活力、社交功能、心理健康得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后治疗组上述指标评分明显上升（P〈0．05），对照组组内比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗高度近视合并白内障可有效改善视力，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of phacoemulsification cataract surgery for treating myopia combined with cataract

Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification cataract surgery for treating myopia combined with cataract.Methods 120 cases of patients with myopia combined with cataract under treatment were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,phacoemulsification cataract surgery was used in the treatment group, while conventional small incision extracapsular cataract extraction was conducted in the control group.Changes in vision correction was compared before and after treatment,and quality of life was evaluated after treatment.Results All patients were completed the surgery,the corrected visual acuity between the two groups before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）,afier treatment,the corrected visual acuity of two groups increased,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the physical function,vitality,social functioning,mental health scores between the two groups had no significant difference,after treatment the scores increased in the treatment group and compared to the control group had significant difference （P〈0.05）,the control group had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Pha- coemulsification cataract surgery for treating myopia combined with cataract can effectively improving vision,thus im- prove the quality of life of patients that should be widely applied.
