| 摘 要： | 目的研究膀胱镜检查的有效护理措施。方法总结2003年6月～2010年6月进行膀胱镜检查的98例患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为一般组与护理组,每组各49例。对一般组进行常规护理,对护理组进行检查前、中、后的精心护理。结果护理组的心理状态明显好于一般组,护理组的身体不适程度明显低于一般组（P〈0．05）。结论有必要对进行膀胱镜检查的患者进行检查前、中、后的精心护理,有利于保持患者健康的心态以及身体的稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective nursing measures of cystoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with cystoscopy from June 2003 to June 2010 was summarized, and the patients were randomly divided into the general group （n=49） and the nursing group （n=49）.The general group was given the routine nursing while the nursing group was given careful nursing before,during and after the examination. Results The psychological condition of nursing group was significantly better than that of the general group,and the discomfort degree of nursing group was significantly lower than that of the general group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The careful nursing before,during and after the examination is necessary for cystoscopy,which is in favor of keeping patients＇ healthy mind and body＇ stability. |
