普拉格雷联合甘露醇治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

目的观察普拉格雷联合甘露醇治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2010年9月～2013年9月本院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。两组患者均给予维持血压、控制血糖、抗凝、脱水等对症治疗。对照组在对症治疗的基础上给予20％甘露醇常规治疗；观察组在对症治疗基础上给予普拉格雷与20％甘露醇联合治疗，比较两组患者总有效率、并发症发生率及治疗前后患者神经功能缺损程度（SSS）评分。结果观察组总有效率与并发症发生率均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;治疗4周后，观察组SSS评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论普拉格雷联合甘露醇治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,并发症少。

The clinical effect of prasugrel combined with mannitol in treatment of a- cute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of prasugrel combined with mannitol in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction between September 2010 and September 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group （n=60） and observation group （n=60）. Two groups given conventional treatment including maintain blood pressure, control blood glucose, anticoagulation, dehydration. The con- trol group was given 20% mannitol on the basis of conventional treatment, while the observation group was given pra- sugrel combined with 20% mannitol on the basis of conventional treatment. Tthe total effective rate, incidence of com- plications and SSS scores of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate and incidence of complications of observation group was significantly better （P〈0.05）; After four weeks treatment, SSS scores of observation group was significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of prasugrel combined with mannitol in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is remarkable, has fewer complications, is worthy application in clinic.
