输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石与钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的效果观察

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石与钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法将本院2012年8月～2013年5月收治的90例输尿管结石患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例，观察组患者给予输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗，对照组患者给予输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、碎石成功率、结石排净率、术后住院时间、术后并发症。结果观察组患者的住院时间与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），观察组患者的碎石成功率、结石排净率、手术时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），观察组患者的输尿管穿孔、术后发热的发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石的效果优于气压弹道碎石，值得在临床推广应用。

Results observation of ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy with holmium laser lithotripsy under the treatment of ureteral calculi

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy with holmium laser lithotripsy under the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 90 patients with ureteral calculi were treated in our hospi- tal from August 2012 to May 2013,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group, the observation group patients were given holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror treatment,the control group pa- tients were given under ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy treatment,the success rate of operation time,grave!, stone row of net rate,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications of two groups patients were compared. Re＇ suits The hospital time in observation group compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant differ- ence （P〉0.05）,the success rate of lithotripsy,stone clearance rate,operation time in observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the occurrence rate of ureteral perforation,postoperative fever in observation group compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Con- clusion The effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror is better than that of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
