偏瘫患者早期康复训练的疗效观察与护理

目的:探讨对偏瘫患者实施早期康复训练的方法及效果。方法:将104例清醒偏瘫患者随机分为两组,各52例,对照组接受常规护理,康复组同时接受早期功能训练,4周后评价效果。结果:两组上、下肢肌力的恢复、并发症发生率和住院天数比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),康复组优于对照组。结论:对清醒偏瘫患者实施早期康复训练能促进肢体功能的恢复,减少并发症,提高治疗效果。

Observation of the effectiveness of the early rehabilitation training and nursing for patients with hemiplegia

Objective: To discuss the training methods and effectiveness of the early rehabilitation for patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 104 patients who were lucid were randomly divided into control group and training group. The routine nursing was applied in the control group, while the early functional training was applied in the rehabilitation group. The comparison was made in the effective outcome between the two groups after 4 weeks. Results: The significant difference was shown in the restoration of myodynamia of limbs, occurrence of complications and hospitalization days ([WTBX]P<0.01). Conclusion: The early functional training is suitable to patients who are lucid and can promote the restoration of extremity function, decrease complications and improve effectiveness of treatment..
