| 摘 要： | 目的观察指针配合穴位埋线治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用指针配合穴位埋线治疗，对照组采用西医治疗，治疗后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92．1％，对照组总有效率70．0％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论指针配合穴位埋线治疗便秘型肠易激综合征具有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of finger acupuncture plus acupoint catgut embedding in treating irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type.
