| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫疾病的临床效果。方法2003年8月-2006年12月应用宫腔电切镜切除118例子宫疾病。其中37例粘膜下子宫肌瘤切除术；28例为内膜切除；21例为宫内膜息肉切除；16例宫颈肌瘤切除；5例子宫不全纵隔切除术；4例宫颈息肉样增生切除术；3例宫腔镜肌性粘连行分离术；2例为粘膜下肌瘤及内膜切除。结果术后随访4～24个月，月经情况改善为110例，有效率93．7％，包括月经量正常70例，18例月经减少，13例闭经，8例无效，占6．3％。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫疾病疗效肯定，临床效果显著，值得推广。
