| 摘 要： | 本文根据作者的临床实践,对应用血液净化疗法抢救急性肾衰、特发性产后急性肾衰、肾衰合并左心衰竭、肾衰合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征的一些有关问题进行了讨论。强调了紧急血液透析的重要作用和予防性血液透析的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Acute renal failure often results in weakening the functions of many organs, because it is critical. Some problems are discussed here when the authors of this article use the method of purifying blood to save acute renal failure; sudden acute renal failure after bearing; left heart failure complicated with renal failure; acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with renal failure and so on. Both the important functions of urgent filtrating blood and the clinical significance of preventive blood filtration are particularlly described. |
