采用组织芯片技术分析Ki-67抗原在胃癌中的表达及其意义

目的检测增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67抗原在胃癌中的表达情况，分析与胃癌病理特征之间的关系，探讨胃癌的发生、发展及相关淋巴结转移的关系。方法取胃癌标本共88例作为试验组，慢性浅表性胃炎标本16例作为对照组，通过组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学染色法确定检测部位。结果Ki-67抗原在胃癌中的表达明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎，二者的阳性率分别为89．4％和26．7％，P〈0．001，Ki-67抗原在有淋巴结转移的胃癌中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者，二者的阳性率分别为92．2％和62．5％，P=0．036。结论Ki-67抗原在胃癌中高表达，且与胃癌淋巴结转移相关，对胃癌预后有一定意义。

The expression of Ki-67 antigen and evaluation in gastric carcinoma

Objective To examine the expression of Ki-67 antigen in gastric carcinoma, and to evalua-tion the relationship between Ki-67 and clinical and pathological characters of gastric carcinama and participate in the generation, development and metastasis of lymph node of gastric carcinoma. Methods Eighty-eight paraf-fin wax blocks of gastric carcinoma were divided into experiment group. The control group 16 eases of chronic su-perficial gastritis were collected from the samples of duodenum ulcer or gastric ulcer. Ki-67 antigen in gastric carcinoma and chronic superficial gastritis was detected by immunohistochemistry method and tissue mieroarray. Results The expression of Ki-67 antigen in gastric carcinoma was much higher than that in chronie superficial gastritis(89.4% and 26.7% respectively, P < 0.001). The expression of Ki-67 antigen in gastric carcinoma with metastasis ot: lymph node was much higher than that without metastasis (92.2% and 62.5% respectively, P =0.036). Conclusion Since the expression of Ki-67 antigen in gastric carcinoma is very high, and it correlates with metastasis of lymph node of gastrc carcinoma,it can serve as an important mark for the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
