电镜检查在肾活检病理诊断中的应用及意义

目的]通过对肾活检组织进行电镜观察,探讨电镜在肾活检中的作用。方法]对165例肾活检组织进行研究,把电镜诊断结果与光镜和免疫荧光结果进行比较。结果]在肾活检诊断过程中,27.88%必须有电镜结果才能做出正确诊断,22.43%需要做电镜加以证实。结论]在肾活检病理诊断中电镜诊断是必不可少的诊断方法,没有电镜诊断结果的肾活检诊断是不完善的。

Apllication and significance of electron microscopy in pathological diagnosis of renal biopsies
