| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达与涎腺黏液表皮样癌细胞增殖活性和转移的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例涎腺黏液表皮样癌标本中MMP-9及PCNA的表达.结果 MMP-9在涎腺黏液表皮样癌中的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM 分期密切相关(P＜0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度无关(P＞0.05).有淋巴结转移、TNMⅢ Ⅳ期者,MMP-9的表达分别明显高于无淋巴结转移、TNMⅠ Ⅱ期者(P＜0.05).黏液表皮样癌中MMP-9与PCNA的表达呈正相关(r=0.621,P＜0.01).结论 MMP-9在黏液表皮样癌细胞的增殖和转移中起重要作用,可作为判断涎腺黏液表皮样癌恶性潜能的生物学指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of matrixmetalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and its correlation with cancer cell proliferation and metastasis in salivary mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and PCNA in 42 cases of MEC.
