| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胰腺癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法:应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应方法检测胰腺癌22例组织中的VEGF mRNA的表达情况。结果:胰腺癌22例组织中,扩增出260bp的条带,VEGF mRNA阳性表达15例(68.18%),VEGF mRNA表达与分化程度和临床分期有关,高分化者表达强度显著低于低分化者(P<0.05),Ⅰ～Ⅱ期表达强度明显低于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF基因表达在胰腺癌发生、转移及预后中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of VEGF mRNA was examined by using RT-PC method in 22 cases of pancreatic cancer and 20 cases of the non-tumor tissues.Result:RT-PCR showed that VEGF mRNA positive expression rates in pancreatic cancer were 68.18%.VEGF mRNA expression was statistically significantly associated with tumor cell differentiation and TNM stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aberrant expression of VEGF may play a rol... |
