| 摘 要： | 目的:研究人脑胶质瘤组织中组织型纤维蛋白溶解酶原激活剂(tPA)及其抑制剂-1(PAI-1)的表达,旨在了解其与人脑胶质瘤恶性生物学行为间关系,探讨其在人脑胶质瘤中的作用及其临床意义。方法:采用增强化学发光蛋白印迹法,测定人脑胶质瘤手术切除标本41例和颅脑外伤10例正常脑组织标本中的tPA及PAI-1蛋白表达水平。结果:tPA蛋白在高级别脑胶质瘤中呈低表达,在低级别的人脑胶质瘤中呈高表达,而正常脑组织中亦有表达。正常脑组织和低、高级别脑胶质瘤组间表达的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。tPA蛋白表达与脑胶质瘤病理级别间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。PAI-1蛋白则随着脑胶质瘤级别升高表达水平逐渐升高,而在正常脑组织中水平极低甚至不表达。正常脑组织组、低级别组脑胶质瘤及高级别组间表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PAI-1蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤病理级别间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PAI-1蛋白的高表达反映脑胶质瘤恶性生物学行为;tPA蛋白高表达可能是人胶质瘤组织分化良好的表现。
