摘    要:目的研究三酸散中苯甲酸和水杨酸的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱:C-18;紫外检测器波长:275nm;流速:1ml·min-1。流动相组成:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(50:50)。结果苯甲酸和水杨酸的线性范围分别为0.0578~0.4049mg·ml-1和0.1152~0.8066mg·ml-1回收率分别为100.0%和99.5%,RSD分别为0.97%和0.50%。结论本方法同时测定苯甲酸和水杨酸具有简便、准确和重复性好的特点,可用于三酸散的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of benzoin acid and salicylic acid in tri-acides powder. Methods An Agilent Eclipse XDB C1s(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used by HPLC. The de- tection wavelength was 275 nm, the flow rate was 1 ml·min- 1, and the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphor- ic acid(50: 50). Results The linear range of benzoin acid and salicylic acid was 0.0578 -0. 4049 mg ·ml- 1 and 0. 1152 -0. 8066 mg ·m1-1 respectively. The recovery rate was 100.0% and 99.5% , respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate in simultaneous determination of these two components, which can be used to control the quality of tri-acid powder.
