| 摘 要： | 近年来，研究者广泛开展银屑病IL-23／Th17通路的遗传学研究，发现该通路多个相关基因，如IL12B、IL23R、TYK2、STAT3和TRAF3IP2等与银屑病的易感性强关联。研究者进一步探讨该通路中基因-基因交互作用对银屑病发病的影响，为银屑病的遗传学发病机制研究提供了新的内容。未来还需对该通路相关基因和基因-基因交互作用进行深入研究，最终将研究成果转化到银屑病的临床应用。

| Abstract: | Recently, the interleukin （IL）-23/T helper type 17 （Th17） cell pathway has been extensively studied in psoriasis, and many genes in this pathway, such as IL-12B, IL-23R, TYK2, STAT3 and TRAF3IP2, are found to be closely associated with the susceptibility to psoriasis. Moreover, researchers have been investigating the effect of gene-gene interactions in this pathway on the development of psoriasis, which may broaden the knowledge on genetic pathogenesis of psoriasis. Further studies are still needed to focus on the pathway-related genes and their interactions and to translate these achievements into clinical practice in the future. |
