显微手术治疗高血压脑干出血疗效观察

目的探讨显微手术治疗高血压脑干出血的临床效果。方法2010年5月至2011年7月显微手术治疗高血压脑干出血11例，其中出血位于桥脑中脑4例、桥脑5例、桥脑延髓2例；术前GCS评分3。5分6例，6。8分4例，9。12分1例。结果出血位于桥脑延髓2例住院期间死亡，其余9例生存患者出院后随访3～18月，根据日常生活能力量表评价，良好4例、中度功能障碍2例、重度功能障碍1例、完全残疾1例、植物生存1例。结论显微手术治疗高血压脑干出血能降低死亡率，改善生存质量。患者术后生活质量与出血部位、术前GSC评分具有一定的相关性。

Observation of curative effect of microsurgery on hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgery on the hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage. Method The clinical data of 11 patients with hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage undergoing microsurgery from May, 2010 to July, 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical effect was evaluated by the survival rate and quality of life. Results Of 11 patients, 9 survived and 2 died. The following-up from 3 to 18 months, of 9 survivors, 4 were recovered well, 2 moderately disabled, 1 severely disabled and 1 vegetatively survived according to Barthel index. Conclusions The curative effect of microsurgery on the hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage is good. The quality of life may be related to preoperative GCS and hemorrhage region in the patients with brainstem hemorrhage.
