摘 要: | 目的建立HPLC法测定氯化铵甘草口服溶液中吗啡的含量。方法以辛烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,0.0025mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(42:42:16)为流动相,检测波长为220nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1;柱温:30℃。结果吗啡在0.001403~0.01403mg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为0.24%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于氯化铵甘草口服溶液中吗啡的含量测定。

Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of morphine in Ammonium Chloride and Licorice Mixture. Methods CAPCELL PAK Cs (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) Col. No. BDAD01648 column was used, and the mobile phase was composed of 0. 0025 mol 丶L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate solution-0. 05 tool -L - 1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile (42 : 42 : 16 ). The flow rate was 1.0 ml 丶min - l , de- tection wavelength was 220 nm, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves of morphine showed a good linear relation ship over the range of 0.001 403 -0. 014 03 mg 丶ml-1 ( r = 1. 0000 ). The average recovery of morphine was 99.59% and RSD was 0.24% ( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of morphine in Ammonium Chloride and Lico- rice Mixture. |
