摘    要:特应性皮炎是一种慢性复发性、炎症性皮肤疾病,病因复杂,涉及环境、基因及免疫之间的相互作用,其中免疫因素为特应性皮炎发病的重要原因之一。Th17作为一个不同于Th1和2的CD4+T细胞亚群,已经证实,在特应性皮炎发生发展中起重要的作用。Th17通过分泌白介素-17、21、22等细胞因子诱发炎症反应及免疫反应,参与特应性皮炎发病的免疫学机制。通过物理治疗、药物治疗等手段,可以靶向抑制Th17及相关细胞因子,对治疗特应性皮炎有一定疗效。

Abstract:Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic relapsing inflammatory skin disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of AD are complex, and may be associated with the interaction between environment, genes and immune system, among which, immunological factor appears to be the most important. As a newly identified CD4+ T cell subset, T helper type 17 (Th17) cells are different from Thl and Th2 cells, and have been demonstrated to play an important role in the initiation and progression of AD. It is considered that Th17 ceils can induce inflammatory reaction and immunological reaction by secreting multiple cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-17, IL-21, IL-22, and so on. Further more, targeted inhibition of Th17 cells and related cytokines by using physical therapy and medication has shown favorable efficacy in the treatment of AD.
